Pay by Easy Transfer
(For Mobile App Transactions)
Step 1: Create Transaction in the Global Remit Macau Mobile App
- Open the app and select Send Money.
- Choose the beneficiary and select Send.
- Select Pay by Easy Transfer as the payment method.
- Enter the amount you wish to send in MOP and tap Next
- The system will automatically calculate:
- Converted foreign currency amount
- Applicable service fee
- If you have available loyalty points:
- Your points balance will be displayed.
- You may apply points to offset the service fee only, up to the total applicable fee.
- Points cannot be used to reduce the remittance principal in the mobile app.
- The system will automatically update:
- Original service fee
- Points applied
- Remaining payable amount
- Select the required information:
- Source of Funds
- Purpose of Remittance
- Carefully review all transaction details, including the final payable amount.
- Tap Create Transaction.
- A message will appear prompting you to take a screenshot of the transaction page.
Important: Ensure your account details have already been registered and verified at our office before proceeding.
Step 2: Complete Payment via Online Macau Local Banking
- Log in to your online banking platform.
- Select Transfer – Easy Transfer.
- Choose your MOP account and enter the exact payable amount (same as shown in the app).
- Select one of the following transfer options:
Option A – Easy Transfer ID (FPS ID)
EASY TRANSFER ID OF GLOBAL REMIT: 12565461
Or
Option B – Bank Transfer
Beneficiary Bank: Luso International Banking Limited
Beneficiary Name:
Global Remittance Company Ltd

- In the message/remarks field, input the Transaction Reference Number (TRN) generated by the app.
- This is Mandatory
- Example: Pay GRC2202161900 by [Your Name]
- Double-check all details before confirming the transfer.
Step 3: Submit Payment Confirmation
- After successful bank transfer, take a screenshot of the bank transaction confirmation.
- Send both screenshots:
- Bank transfer confirmation
- Global Remit app transaction page

Important Notes
Pay by Easy Transfer: Transactions are processed from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Bank transfers are processed in real time by partner banks.
Easy Transfer transactions are executed only after Global Remit confirms receipt of funds during business hours.
Transactions submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next working day at the applicable exchange rate.
Inclusion of the correct TRN in the bank transfer remarks is mandatory. Missing or incorrect TRN may result in delays.
Loyalty points applied during transaction creation are deemed used once the transaction is completed. If a transaction is cancelled prior to processing, points may be restored subject to system validation.
