CUSTOMER INFO
If you are already registered as our customer kindly directly "Login" using your Macau mobile number and your password.
If you are not yet registered kindly click on the icon: "New Register" and follow its instructions.
BENEFICIARIES & CREATE TRANSACTIONS

Before you make a transaction you can always check the exchange rate amount using the "Rates Calculator"
Add New Beneficiary
-Fill up all beneficiary fields with the true and correct information.
-And click: "Create Beneficiary".
Enter: "Beneficiary & Create a transaction"
-If you are our registered customer and you have previously sent money with Global Remit, your Beneficiaries List will automatically be saved and displayed on the screen.
-From this beneficiary you can directly create a transaction by selecting the beneficiary name and click: "Send".
-If your Beneficiary has only one bank account please enter the amount you want to send in MOP or HKD and click anywhere on the screen (the system will automatically generate the foreign currency amount and the total fee).
-If your Beneficiary has more than one account please click on the Account List to select the bank name and bank account. Then enter the amount you want to send in MOP or HKD and click anywhere on the screen (the system will automatically generate the foreign currency amount and the total fee ).
-After you enter the amount to be sent the system will automatically generate the foreign currency amount and the total fee.
-On Customer Information please select the "Source Of Fund" and "Purpose Of Remittance".
-Then click: "Create Transaction".
-You will see the message on the screen: "Take Screen Shot And Click To Go To Payment Method".
Choose and Confirm the payment method.

HISTORY OF TRANSACTIONS
You will be able to view the history all your past transactions.
VIP LOYALTY POINTS & CARD
You can view your cumulative points in your digital card of our mobile app.
Global Remit is happy to give all our customers the Loyalty Points, with the following calculations:
For every MOP 1,000.00 you spend with us you get 1,000 points. And 1,000 points are equivalent to MOP 1.00 in free cash.
Example: if you had previously spent with Global Remit MOP 28,000.00 in remittances you can earn MOP 28.00 in free cash to redeem at any future remittance you make with us.
-To use the free cash of Loyalty Points please ask our Staff at our Shop to print the Loyalty Voucher, sign it, and the free cash value will be either added to the remittance amount or by your request, deducted to the remittance fee.

Before you make any Registration or Transaction, we recommend you to read our Terms and Conditions for better understanding of the regulations in force.
Note: As per the Macau Government Regulations the maximum remittance amount per day per person is MOP 20,000.00.

NEW REGISTER
-Please enter your phone number and click: "Verify".
It will pop up the alert message: "We have sent OTP to your phone No, Kindly enter OTP to proceed registration".
-After you entered the OTP Code you will see the pop up alert message: "Successfully validate phone no".
-Then you can double enter your own password and Click "Create Account".
It will pop up the Alert Message: "Account successfully created. Please continue to update your personal details".
-After you fill up all the personal details click: "Save".
It will pop up the Alert Message: "Your personal details are updated. Please input your Employer Details to Complete".
-After finishing input the Employer Details please Click: "Save".
Now you can start using our Mobile App.
-To complete a New Registration kindly come to our Shop, present your ID card, and show your Global Remit Macau App, click on the "VIP Loyaty Points and Card" and then click on the "QR Code", and our Staff will scan the QR Code to verify your Information on the mobile app, and print a Customer Information for your signature.
